1. When will I receive my order from Flexidesignx?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–7 working days, depending on stock availability and your location. Delivery slots will be confirmed after your order is placed.


2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for selected ready-stock items.
This is subject to daily slot availability, so please contact us directly to check if it’s possible for your order.


3. Can I self-collect my furniture?
Yes! You can choose self-collection at our warehouse:
📍 3 Gambas Crescent, Nordcom One, #08-01, Singapore 757088
🕒 Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm
Please message or WhatsApp us to arrange collection timing.


4. Where is your furniture made?
Our furniture is sourced directly from factories in Muar, Malaysia, a region known for high-quality craftsmanship. Most furniture can addon soft-close hinges and is offered at factory-direct prices.


5. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
If your item has not been shipped, you may cancel and receive a refund.
However, once the item has been shipped, any cancellation will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the purchase price.


6. Can I return a delivered item?
Yes, but returns for delivered items are not free.
Returns will incur a 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price within 5 working days. 5 day onwards item consider sold and not accept for return.
Additional transport charges may apply starting from $40, depending on your location.

Item strictly not accept for return and refund : Bed frame / Mattress / Pillow


7. Do all items come with free assembly?
Not all items include free assembly.
Please check the product listing or contact our team to confirm whether assembly is included for your specific order.


8. Do you provide dismantling or disposal services?
Yes, we offer furniture dismantling and disposal services, starting from $40 per item.
For exact quotation, kindly contact us with details of your request.


9. How do I request an invoice?
You can download your invoice by:

  • Logging into your Flexidesignx account > My Orders
  • Or contacting our support team and we’ll email it to you

10. What types of furniture do you offer?
We carry a wide range of home furniture including:
Sofa sets, dining sets, wardrobes, TV consoles, bedframes, bookshelves, shoe cabinets, kitchen cabinets, coffee tables, and more.


11. Do you offer free delivery and installation?
We provide free delivery for most orders within Singapore.
Assembly is not included for all items — please check the product page or contact us for confirmation.


12. What is the warranty coverage for your products?

  • Repair duration is determined by the manufacturer. We do not accept returns or refunds while repair is in progress.
  • Warranty coverage is subject to the individual product. If applicable, warranty details will be clearly stated in the product description.
  • Transport charges may apply (from $40) for site visits or repair assessments — even for items under warranty.
  • Replacement parts are free, if covered under warranty (terms may vary by product).
  • All repair works under warranty are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty process.
