Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- If the products are found defective before our delivery team leaves, we will rectify subject to Seller
- NO Return or Exchange after the item is sold or the box packaging is unsealed
- NO Return or Exchange for all the SOFA, Bedframe & Mattress due to hygiene purposes
- Exchange of color is allowed for the board furniture with good condition as what we delivered & additional charges applied
- A $30 fee applies for any return service OR touch-up requests
- Cancellation Fees: A 40% cancellation fee applies for orders canceled after the item has been shipped

- Buyer shall examine all the goods upon receipt. Goods are considered accepted once the delivery team leaves

Mix Location: Saturday – $15 Mix location with limited slots
Additional Information:
- Delivery date and time will be confirmed by the seller. Delivery is not available to Jurong Island
- The actual timing of delivery will be updated by our delivery team before delivery
- Delivery may take longer than usual during peak seasons and holidays
- The lead time for the delivery will take 3-7 working days once the order is received

Claim Info For The Self Assembly of Board Furniture
- Kindly take a photo of the missing part or defective part after unsealed
- The claim only allows for ONE time (Please make sure all the defective parts/panels are reported together to our team)
- Claim only valid for 3 days after the item is received
- The claim mentioned above can be made by bringing the item to our warehouse during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM)
